中美护理教育《健康评估》教材内容的比较分析

摘    要:目的通过比较中国和美国护理学专业《健康评估》教材内容,结合国内护理教育的实际需要,为提高课程教学的针对性和教材建设质量提供参考。方法采取比较研究为主,辅以现况调查和文献回顾的方法。结果美国教材针对性和目的性较强,中国教材在组织和内容上具有特色。学过健康评估课程的护士认为,教材内容中最应该包括的4项内容分别为心理与社会评估、常见症状评估、健康史采集、身体评估。结论中美《健康评估》教材各具特色,在引入国外先进护理理念时,不能生搬硬套,应该在全面研究的基础上加以分析、判断,同时与我国的实际国情相结合。

Comparison of the Health Assessmemt textbooks of nursing education between China and the United States
Abstract:Objective To compare the contents of health assessment textbooks used in higher nursing education between China and the United States combining with the present need of nursing education.The purpose was to provide some reference for the teaching aimed at the characteristics of students and constructive quality of textbooks in the future.Methods Comparative analysis,cross-sectional survey and literature review methods were conducted.Results The targeted and purpose of the textbooks in the United States were stronger.The organization and contents of Chinese textbooks had their own characteristics.All of the nurses who had learned the course considered that the textbook should include the four important elements-psychological and social assessment,assessment of common symptoms,health history collection,physical assessment.Conclusion Health assessment textbooks in the two countries have their own characteristics.Foreign advanced care concepts should be introduced on the basis of comprehensive study,analysis,judgment and simultaneously combining with the domestic current situation.
