摘    要:热装热送要求连铸机和轧机的生产计划相匹配.介绍一种采用先进算法自动生成热装计划的新系统,根据产品大纲和市场条件,热装比可达85%.目前该系统正在中国-家钢铁企业进行测试,目标是达到80%的热装比.提高热装比需要炼钢和轧钢工序的密切协调,需要操作、维修和计划各个部门的全面配合.

Abstract:The casters and the mill must be scheduled simultaneously for direct hot charging.This paper proposes a novel system that automates the generation of hot charge schedules.Advanced algorithms are implemented to schedule both lines in parallel.Depending on product mix and market conditions,hot charge rates of up to 85 percent are targeted.The system is currently tested in a new integrated steel plant in China where the objective is to reach a hot charge rate of 80 percent.Increasing the hot charge rate is a difficult task that requires strong teamwork and commitment of each employee: Because of the need for a tight synchronization between the melt shop and the mill,cooperation is required from operators,maintenance staff and the scheduling department.
