肺硬化性血管瘤的MSCT诊断价值

目的：探讨肺硬化性血管瘤的多层螺旋CT（MSCT）表现特征,提高诊断的准确性,减少误诊。方法：回顾分析2007-2012年23例经手术病理证实的肺硬化性血管瘤患者的临床资料及CT影像,所有病例均行MSCT增强扫描,部分病例行多平面重建。结果：23例患者中,左肺14例,右肺9例。18例形态规则,表现为圆形或类圆形肿块影,5例形态不规则。边缘光滑者16例,5例可见分叶,2例边缘不光滑。1例肿块边缘可见晕征,4例边缘可见＂尾征＂,肿块伴钙化者12例。增强扫描病灶大多数明显强化,5例可见贴边血管征,2例见＂空气新月征＂。结论：肺硬化性血管瘤的MSCT表现具有特征性,对肺硬化性血管瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要的价值。

Multi-slice CT diagnosis value of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma

Objective：To explore the multi-slice CT image characteristics of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy and decrease the misdiagnosis.Methods：The clinical data and CT images in 23 patients with pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma identified by pathology from 2007 to 2012were retrospectively analyzed.The enhancement CT scanning was performed for all patients and multiplanar reconstruction in some.Results：In 23 patients,the lesions were located in left lung in 14 and right lung in 9.Eighteen patients had regular lesions with round or oval shape,and 5had irregular lesions.The lesion was smooth in 16 patients,lobulated in 5,and rough in 2.The halo sign was found in one patient,tail sign in 4patients,and calcification in 12.Obvious enhancement was found in arterial phase in most patients,vascular notch sign in 5,and air meniscus sign in 2.Conclusion：The MSCT of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma has its marked characteristics,which is valuable for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma.
