New Thoughts for the Development of Management Information Systems

Presently, there are two approaches for the development of management information systems: life-cycle approach and the prototype approach. Each has its own merits and demerits. From the junction point of these two approaches, a new development thought and operation are worked out. This is an effective new approach for the development of MIS, as verified by the practice of the development of office automation system of a university.
