针灸治疗肩周炎的临床研究文献计量学分析

目的：对近10年针灸治疗肩周炎的文献进行计量学分析,以总结规律,指导科研及临床。方法：制定文献的纳入、排除标准以及检索策略,对文献进行发表时间、常用治疗手段、常用主穴、疗效评价等相关内容的计量学分析。结果：10年内国内正式发表了1821篇针灸（含中西医结合）治疗肩周炎文献;毫针针刺是最常用的干预手段;肩周炎的针灸治疗以局部穴位结合远端穴位为主;肩周炎的临床疗效评价以单独使用有效率评定为主,有效率评定标准以参考《中医病证诊断疗效标准》为主。结论：针灸治疗肩周炎的研究越来越深入,现已形成发表时间、常用治疗手段、常用主穴、疗效评价等特征,可为规范针灸治疗肩周炎的研究提供依据。

Literature Metrology on Clinical Studies of Acupuncture for Scapulohumeral Periarthrits

Objective： To guide scientific research and clinical work by analyzing literature metrology of acupuncture in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis in recent ten years and summarizing its laws. Methods： Literature metrology of publishing time, common therapeutic measures, common acupoints, clinical effects evaluation and other contents were analyzed by setting the standards of literature inclusion and exclusion as well as searching strategy. Results： There was 1 821 pieces of articles about acupuncture （containing integrative medicine） in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis in recent ten years; filiform needle was the most common intervention mean; acupuncture for scapulohumeral periarthritis focused on local and distal points mainly; clinical effects of scapulohumeral periarthritis was evaluated by the use of effective rate, the standard of effective rate was mainly cited from Criteria of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of TCM Diseases. Conclusion： The research of acupuncture in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis is in a deep-going way, the features of publishing time, common therapeutic measures, common acupoints, the evaluation of clinical effects and others could provide evidence for the study of standaradized treatment.
