摘    要:利用金相及扫描电镜对增压柴油机排气门盘部断裂原因进行了分析。分析结果表明,21-4N网不适合做高热负荷发动机排气门材料;排气门的锻造流线必须符合气门外形轮廓,不得存在截断和大角度弯曲等缺陷。

Abstract:Failure analysis on the exhaust valve skirt used in supercharge diesel engine was carried out through metallographic and SEM analysis.The results showed that steel 21 4N is not suitable as the exhaust valve material used in a high heat load engine,and the forging streamline of the exhaust valve should be accordant with the valve contour and without streamline fracture and large angle bending.
