硫酸盐木质素的改性及其红外光谱研究

摘    要:通过Mannich反应使木质素胺化改性合成了阳离子木素胺,并用元素分析仪测定试样的含氮量,用醋酸纤维薄膜电泳实验测定试样的改性率。该法测定结果直观、稳定、可靠,且与试样含氮量的测定结果一致。另外通过对硫酸盐木质素及其改性产物的红外光谱研究,对木质素的改性机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:The lignin was modified through Mannich reaction to synthesize a new kind of cationic sur- factant-lignin amine.The nitrogen content of the sample was determined by the element analysis.The extent of modification was measured by the use of acetate fiber membrane electrophoresis and the method was proved to be intuitionistic,steady and credible,and the results agreed with the one through N content measurement.The mechanism of the modification of the lignin was discussed based on the infrared spectra of the lignin sulphate and the modified product.
