摘    要:视频监控在管道工程中已广泛应用,数字化网络视频监控系统为广域分布的管道站场监控提供了更加丰富的功能。数字视频录像机(DVR)和以视频编码器、综合视频管理平台为核心的网络视频服务器(NVS)是目前主要的两种数字化视频监控方案,文章分别介绍了DVR和NVS监控方案,并从数字视频信号质量、网络带宽要求、系统结构的灵活性和可靠性、技术成熟度和系统总体成本方面对两种监控方案进行了比较,说明了各自的优缺点,指出应根据不同管道站场的监控要求,选择不同的监控方案,以满足工程需求。

Abstract:Video monitoring and controlling are widely used in pipeline engineering. Digitized network video monitoring and controlling system provides more abundant monitoring and controlling functions for pipeline stations widely deployed. Digital video record (DVR) and network video server (NVS) based on video coder and synthetic video management platform are the major two kinds of digital video monitoring and controlling scenarios. This paper introduces the monitoring and controlling scenarios of DVR and NVS, and compares them in aspects of digital video signal quality, demands for network bandwidth, agility and reliability of the system configuration, technical maturity and total system costs, explains respective advantages and disadvantages, and indicates that the choice of different monitoring and controlling scenarios should correspond to the different monitoring and controlling requirements of different pipeline stations.
