帕拉丁塑料件涂装线设计的得失

介绍了应用于帕拉丁汽车中的塑料配件的涂装工艺流程和涂装线的设计思路。说明了该涂装线所具有的优点:占地面积小,投资少,施工周期短,能耗低。指出了实际生产中涂装线存在的问题:(1)由于悬链轨道有转弯,致使一些工件受杂质污染;(2)擦净室、喷漆室长度不足;(3)挂具互相干涉;(4)由于生产节拍快,使用无色的底漆容易造成漏喷或喷涂不均。提出了以下的相应对策:(1)在涂装线路设计中,湿膜时要避免轨道转弯;(2)保证擦净室、喷漆室有足够的长度;(3)将挂具用20mm×20mm的角钢制成方框取代钢丝网;(4)用有色底漆取代无色底漆。

Advantage and disadvantage of design for coating line of PALADIN plastic fittings

Coating process flow and design idea of coating line of PALADIN plastic fittings applied in automobiles were introduced. The advantage of coating line was explained: small area of coating line occupation, smaller investment, short cycle of coating and low energy consumption. The problems of coating line existing in the practical production were presented:(1) some workpieces were contaminated by impurity because of the hanging chain having swerve. (2) inadequate length of cleaning cabin and paint spraying cabin. (3) mutual interference of plating rack (4) skip spraying and ununiform spraying because of using colourless primer, and rapid production tempo. Corresponding countermeasures were put forward as follows:(1) avoidance of orbit swerve in the course of design coating line when the film is wet; (2) both cleaning cabin and paint spraying cabin are ensured long enough;(3) plating rack is made with square frame of 20 mm x 20 mm angle steel instead of steel wire net;(4)with colour primer replacing the colourless one.
