针灸治疗子宫内膜囊腺型增生性功血110例疗效观察

目的:比较针灸与西药治疗子宫内膜囊腺型增生性功血的临床疗效.方法:将230例子宫内膜囊腺型增生性功血患者随机分成针灸治疗组110例和西药对照组120例.针灸组采用针灸疗法,主穴为百会、关元、合谷、三阴交等,对照组采用口服安宫黄体酮等常规西药治疗.结果:两组间的愈显率、总有效率、子宫内膜病理组织学变化等,经统计学处理差异均有显著或非常显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:针灸治疗子宫内膜囊腺型增生性功血疗效显著且优于西药组.

Observation on therapeutic effects of 110 cases of endometrial cystic hyperplastic dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated by acupuncture and moxibustion

ObjectiveTo compare clinical therapeutic effects o f acup-moxibustion and western medicine on endometrial cystic hyperplastic dysfun ctional uterine bleeding. Methods230 cases were randomly divid ed into treatment group (n=110) and western medicine control group (n=12 0). The treatment group were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion at main poin ts Baihui (GV 20), Guanyuan (CV 4), Hegu (LI 4) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6), and the c ontrol group were treated by oral administration of provera and other routine we stern medicines. ResultsThere were significant differences bet ween the two groups in the markedly-cured rate, the total efective rate and his topathologic changes of the endometrium (P<0 05 or P<0 01). Co nclusionThe therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on endom etrial cystic hyperplastic dysfunctional uterine bleeding is superior to the wes tern medicines.
