| 摘 要： | 目的：研究乙型肝炎病毒前S2抗原（Pre-S2Ag）检测的临床意义。方法：用双抗体夹心法对188例HBeAg阳性血清进行Pre—S2Ag检测，并同时作HBV—DNA检测。结果：HBeAg阴性血清标本，Pre-S2Ag检测阳性率为43．05％，HBV—DNA检测阳性率为51．15％；HBeAg阳性血清标本，Pre—S2Ag阳性率为93．55％，HBV—DNA阳性率为95．9％。结论：通过与HBV—DNA检测结果比较，乙肝Pre—S2Ag检测符合率为85．6％。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical significance of Pre-S2Ag test. Methods. Doing Pre-S2Ag test and HBV- DNA test as well to 188 cases of HBeAg positive serum. Results： For the samples of negative serum, the positive rate of Pre -S2Ag and HBV-DNA test are 43. 05% and 51.15% respectively; for the samples of positive samples, the positive rate of Pre-S2Ag and HBV-DNA test are 93.55% and 95. 9% respectively. Conclusion.. Compared with the test result of HBV- DNA, the qualified rate of Pre-S2Ag test is 85.6%. |
