| 摘 要： | 随着Internet技术的不断进步，群决策支持系统(GDSS)的使用效果却并不如期望的那样与技术同步提高，其中群决策过程本身的合理性是影响决策效果的重要因素。本文对Internet下的GDSS过程建模进行了研究综述，从文献研究和软件成果两个方面分析了GDSS过程建模方面的研究瓶颈，提出了Internet下GDSS过程建模优化的研究方向。
