| 摘 要： | 目的 观察甘精胰岛素联合那格列奈联合治疗老年2型糖尿病的有效性及安全性.方法 24例使用降糖药血糖控制欠佳2型糖尿病患者,观察甘精胰岛素联合那格列奈治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HBAiC).结果 3个月后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、及糖化血红蛋白较前显著下降(P＜0.01).结论 甘...
