| Abstract: | Safety culture is a summation of inspirits, conceptions and state of matter derived from safety performance and safety existence in the course of Man's safe activities. The splendid enterprises at home and abroad do very well in the cultivation of safely culture and safety management. Based on the preservation viewpoint of safety philosophy, the main approaches of cultivating the safety culture with the characteristics of constructional enterprises are put forward in the text. |
