肺部肿瘤放射治疗计划中18F-FDG PET—CT的影响

目的探讨18F．FDGPET／CT对肺部肿瘤放疗计划的影响。方法对167例肺部肿瘤患者行18F．FDGPET／CT检查后，测量标准摄取值（SUV），病灶区SUVI〉2．5为阳性。分别按照CT和PET／CT的检测结果对肿瘤进行TNM分期，组织5名以上放疗科不同年资医师利用CMS治疗计划系统图像融合软件，分别在CT和PET／CT三维图像上独立勾画大体肿瘤体积（GrossTumorVolume，GTVCT和GTVPET／CT），得到患者GTV的体积值和变异系数。结果经PET／CT检查后，19．8％（33／167）的患者肿瘤的TNM分期发生了改变，167例患者CT和PET／CT检查的GTV结果均不相同。结论PET／CT可改变肺部肿瘤临床TNM分期，使放疗科不同年资医师勾画GTV的差异明显减小，进而使肺癌患者整个治疗计划发生改变。
