某微生物站建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

目的识别、分析某微生物站建设项目存在的的职业病危害因素，评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法和检测检验法进行定性和定量评价。结果本建设项目的选址、总平面布置、设备布局、职业病防护设施、卫生辅助用室、个人防护用品等符合国家有关规定；主要职业病危害因素：粉尘、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、盐酸、氢氧化钠、锰、臭氧及噪声、高温、紫外线。经现场检测，调浆车间投料岗位淀粉粉尘浓度、拖车驾驶岗位噪声强度、发酵车间高温作业场所综合温度指数（WBGT）和噪声强度均超过国家卫生限值。结论该项目为严重职业病危害建设项目。该项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素按照分析评价意见以及防护对策补充改进建议整改后，可以得到有效控制。

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards in Construction Project of Microbiology Center

Objective To identify and analyze the risk factors existed in the construction project and evaluate the prevention and protection measures against occupational hazards.Methods Quality and quantity evaluation by means of methods such as field investigation,checklist,examination were carried out.Results Selection of site,overall layout,arragement of the facilities,personal preventive articles accorded with national standards.Main risk factors of occupational diseases were dust,carbon monoxide,hydroxid,hydrochloric acid ,sodium hydroxide,manganese,ozone,noises,high temperature and ultraviolet ray.Amylum dust in the position of putting in raw materials of mixing thick liquid workshop exceeded the occupatioanl allowable limits,and so did the noise intensity in the position of driving trailer and the comprehensive UBGT and noise intensity in the working place under high temperature in fermentation workshop.Conclusion This project is a serious construction project.The risk factors of occupational disease resulting from process of production in the construction project can be controlled effectively after some adjustments and improvements have made with reference to the opinion on the evaluation and analysis,and the suggestions on supplementary improvement of prevention and protection measures.
