| 摘 要： | 目的建立冠心宁冻干粉针中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用RP HPLC法,HypersilODS2 C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇体积分数为0.5%的乙酸水溶液(体积比为29∶71),检测波长320 nm。结果阿魏酸线性范围为3.002~33.02 mg.L-1(r=0.999 8,n=6),平均回收率为97.7%(n=9),RSD为2.0%。结论测定方法稳定、准确,可作为评价冠心宁冻干粉针质量的依据之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of ferulic acid in Guanxinning(traditional Chinese medicines) injection powder.Methods A RP-HPLC assay was developed.The assay was performed on Hypersil ODS2 C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid(V∶V=(29∶71)) as mobile phase.And the detection wavelength was set at 320 nm.Results The standard curve of ferulic acid was linear in the range of 3.002-33.02 mg·L~(-1)(r=0.999 8,n=6).The average recovery was 97.7%(n=9)with RSD of 2.0%.Conclusions The method is stable and accurate,it can be used for the quality control of Guanxinning injection powder. |
