溶液型空气除湿实验研究

摘    要:介绍了液体除湿实验系统,在该系统中以氯化钙溶液作为除湿剂,以装有波纹孔板填料的填料塔作为除湿设备。研究了除湿剂的流量、浓度等参数对空气出口湿度的影响,给出了传热与传质系数的准则方程式形式,并利用实验数据拟合出了传热与传质系数公式。

Abstract:This paper introduces an experimental liquid dehumidifying system that uses calcium chloride as dehumidicer and a flat corrugate packing tower as dehumidifying equipment. According to the experiment results,we investigated how the humidity at the air's outlet was influenced by parameters such as the flowrate of the desiccant or it's concentration.A mathematical expression was obtained.for heat and mass transfer coefficients,as well as the equations obtained by fitting the experiment data.
