摘    要:本文介绍了某超高层建筑顶部配套直升机停机坪的结构设计及施工优化方案。停机坪结构边缘局部超出主体结构,原设计结构施工需要自屋面板搭设高大模板支撑体系,超出主体结构部分支撑体系需要搭设悬挑脚手架支撑体系。通过设计方案优化后,停机坪结构施工不再需要搭设高大模板支撑体系,只需操作及防护脚手架,大大降低了施工难度、减小安全风险,提高施工质量,同时降低施工成本,取得了良好的经济及社会效益。

St ructural Design and Optimization of Construction Measures of a Helipad
Abstract:Structural design and optimization of construction measures of a helipad on the top of a high-rise building are described in this paper. Helipad structure is locally beyond the edge of the main structure of the high-rise building. Then,tall template support system from the roof is needed in the original design program. And cantilevered scaffold support system is also needed for the local parts beyond the edge of the main structure. By optimizing the design,tall template support system is no longer necessary and only simply operation and protective scaffolding are necessary finally. The difficulty of construction and security risks are greatly reduced. Construction quality is improved. Construction costs are accordingly reduced and good economic and social benefits are achieved.
