摘    要:本文分析了焊接过程可编程控制系统中输出触点损坏的原因,提出了保护措施。着重讨论了交流电感性负载回路加上阻容保护后可能产生谐振的条件和由谐振引起的不良后果,介绍了如何检测电路发生谐振和消除谐振的措施。

Abstract:In this peper, the authors analyse the destruction reasons of output joints in the PC controlsystem of welding process and propose corresponding protection measures. We discuss mainly occurringconditions of series resonances produced by the alternating inductive load circuit added RC protections aswell as the ill effects resulting from the resonances. Finally, it introduces some new measures to detectresonances occurring in circuits and avoid resonances.
