| 摘 要： | 近年来,由于抗浮设计和施工处理不当,造成地下车库出现上浮,底板、顶板及柱出现裂缝的工程事故时有发生。本文通过某工程实例,根据施工设计图纸资料和现场施工情况的调查分析,发现了事故产生的原因,并提出了抗浮整改措施与加固处理方法,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | As an engineering example of underground floating garage in rock pit, it is researched as a result of concrete cracks in roof - slab,basement slab and column due to improper ground service and im- proper anti - floating. The analysis of the reason to crocking damage in underground garage is conducted following the drawings information and field survey results. The reinforced treatments of anti - floating and column are applied to deal with the incident. It showed that the reinforcement of floating underground garage turned out to be effective. |
