新型高水材料封孔技术在新景公司的应用

摘    要:针对新景公司3218工作面瓦斯抽采效果不好的问题,提出了一种新型高水材料瓦斯抽采封孔技术,并与传统封孔技术进行对比试验。该试验分别采用高水材料和水泥砂浆对钻孔进行封孔并对各参数进行比较。结果表明:高水材料的钻孔瓦斯浓度高于水泥砂浆的钻孔瓦斯,高水材料的瓦斯抽采达标时间比水泥砂浆的瓦斯抽采达标时间提前105 d,高水材料封孔的成本低于水泥砂浆封孔的成本。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of poor gas drainage effect in the 3218 working face of Xinjing Company,a new gas drainage sealing technology with high water material is proposed.Compared with the traditional hole sealing technology,the test uses high water material and cement mortar to seal the hole,and compares the parameters.The results show that the gas concentration of high water material is higher than that of cement mortar,the gas drainage standard time of high water material is 105 days earlier than that of cement mortar,and the cost of high water material sealing is lower than that of cement mortar sealing.
