摘    要:介绍了动车组轮对精准镟修管理系统。该系统基于车轮磨耗机理和车轮磨耗数据,建立车轮磨耗规律模型和镟修规律模型,进而建立车轮退化规律和寿命预测模型;同时基于车轮失效机理、车轮维修数据,建立车轮多边形风险预测模型和滚动接触疲劳模型,实现车轮失效风险预测;在车轮磨耗、镟修、寿命预测、风险预测模型的基础上,以车轮全寿命周期检修综合成本为目标,建立车轮运用维修决策模型,实现车轮状态修和计划预防修。实践证明,动车组轮对精准镟修管理系统可有效降低轮对运维成本。

Abstract:Precision re-profiling management system of EMU wheelset is introduced.Based on the wheel wear mechanism and wheel wear data,the system establishes the wheel wear law model and the wheel re-profiling law model,and then establishes the wheel degradation law and life prediction model.At the same time,based on the wheel failure mechanism and wheel maintenance data,the wheel polygon risk prediction model,rolling contact fatigue model are established to realize wheel failure risk prediction.On the basis of wheel wear,re-profiling,life prediction,and risk prediction models,with the comprehensive cost of wheel life cycle maintenance as the goal,a wheel operation and maintenance decision-making model is established,and finally the wheel condition repair and planned preventive repair are realized.The actual application proves that the EMU wheelset precision re-profiling management system can effectively reduce the operation and maintenance costs.
