| 摘 要： | 目的：观察穴位埋线治疗冈上肌肌腱炎的临床疗效。方法：将70例患者随机分为2组各35例，治疗组采用穴位埋线治疗；对照组采用针刺治疗，共治疗4疗程后进行疼痛程度评分及临床疗效评定。结果：2组治疗后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分较治疗前均明显降低，差异均有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。2组VAS评分治疗前后差值比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。总有效率治疗组为97．1％，对照组为77．1％，2组临床疗效比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：穴位埋线治疗冈上肌肌腱炎疗效优于针刺治疗。
