复杂断块油藏立体开发钻井完井优化技术

摘    要:复杂小断块储量小,利用常规技术开发,采收率低,经济效益差,需要进行立体开发。胜利油田Y3-1断块区,含油面积1.5km2,地质储量719.5×104t。断块小、油层多、非均质强、油水关系复杂,将跨断层水平井、绕锥水平井、跨断块多靶点复杂结构井与完井固井方式及开采技术相结合,立体优化,提高采收率。在完井固井方面采取了一些综合措施,提高了一、二界面的水泥胶结质量,满足了立体开发的要求。

Abstract:Due to the low reserves of the complex small fault-block reservoir, the recovery ratio and economic benefit is very low in using of traditional technology. So the complex small fault-block reservoir should be developed in tridimensional pattern. Y3-1 Fault blocks in Shengli Oilfield, with oil-bearing area 15 km2, and geologic reserve 719.5×104 t, has disadvantages of small fault blocks, many oil layers, severe nonhomogeneity and complex oil-water relationship. Basing on the combination between crossing fault horizontal well surrounding water cone horizontal well, crossing fault block multiple target point complex wells and well completion with cementing pattern and develop technology, tridimensional optimization, the recovery can be improved. Comprehensive measures in well completion and cementing were adopted to meet the requirement of tridimensional development by increasing the cement bonding quality of the first interface and second interface.
