| 摘 要： | 通过对针轴磁钢总成压铸成型工艺的分析,针对压铸件多嵌件、难定位的特点,在模具型腔上使用镶块结构,较好地解决了嵌件在模具中定位难的问题,生产的铸件符合设计要求。该模具经实际生产验证使用方便,生产效率高。
