| Abstract: | In this paper, the main features of FLASH memory are simply described and the structure features of FLASH memory embedded in Motorola new serial MCU are analyzed. Based on MC68HC908GP32 MCU, key points about FLASH programming are discussed, some concrete in -circuit programming examples are given and some technology difficulties are also pointed out. |
