| 摘 要： | 宏程序在数控加工中具有特殊的作用,很多用常规编程语句无法完成的工件,可以使用宏程序语句编写出简洁高效的数控加工程序。文章以FANUC 0i数控系统为例,针对数控车削中常见的椭圆类零件详细阐述了其通用宏程序的编制过程,并给出了一个能用于实际加工的简洁通用宏程序。

| Abstract: | Macro program in NC has a special role.Many workpiece can not be completed by using conventional programming statements.Macro program statement can be used to write simple and efficient NC programs.In this paper,taking the numerical control system of FANUC 0i for example.Targeted at elliptic parts in CNC turning to elaborate the process of compiling the general macro program.And present a simple general macro program that can be used for the actual process. |
