刘家峡水电站泄洪洞闸门及门槽的补强加固修复技术

摘    要:泄洪洞检修闸门、工作闸门及门槽经过30多年的运用,磨蚀破坏,漏水严重,补强加固修复施工技术难度大,围绕这些问题,研究、创新并采用了一系列新技术,充水阀更换、门体修补、高浓度粉尘环境下喷锌防腐作业及不同条件、不同环境下采用不同材料防渗堵漏,都取得了良好效果,保证了水库的安全运用。

Abstract:After having been used for30years,the emergency gate,along with working gate and slots were badly damaged by sand erosion and leaked severely.The rehabilitation is very difficult.We have come up with a series of new technology to solve those problems,it includes changing filling water valve,repairing gate body,zincing for anti-erosion work under high density dust and carrying out anti-seepage and blocking leakage under different conditions and surrounding.It proved to be a good method and got good result.
