摘    要:目的 建立益智药材中圆柚酮的含量测定方法,并对不同产地药材进行含量测定.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil-C_(18)(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为乙腈-水(65:35),检测波长为235 nm,流速为1.00 ml·min~(-1),柱温为40℃.结果 圆柚酮在0.115 2~0.268 8μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为97.34%,RSD=1.48%(n=6).不同产地益智药材中圆柚酮的含量在1.50~2.10 mg·g~(-1)之间.结论 该法可靠、准确、简便,可作为益智药材的质量控制方法.

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determination of the content of Nootkatone in Fructus Alpinia oxyphyllae,and to determine the content of Nootkatone in Fructus Alpinia oxyphyllae from different places by this new method.Methods The Diamonsil-C_(18)(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm) column was used. The mobile phase was CH_3CN-H_2O(65:35) and the detection wavelength was set at 235 nm.The flow rate was 1.00 ml·min~(-1) and the column temperature was 40℃. Results The Nootkatone content showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.115 2~0.268 8μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 97.34% and RSD was 1.48%(n=6). The content of Nootkatone in Fructus Alpinia oxyphyllae from different places was within the range of 1.50~2.10 mg·g~(-1).Conclusion The method is simple and the result was reliable. It can be used for the quality control of this herbal medicine.
