考虑暂态频率偏移的一次调频旋转备用优化方法

摘    要:对一次调频中起作用的旋转备用优化配置进行了研究,提出了一种考虑暂态频率偏移的优化方法。该方法先通过离线分析计算出每台机组在一次调频过程中允许承担的最大有功,然后综合考虑每台机组的一次调频旋转备用成本和转动惯量,给出系统一次调频旋转备用的优化配置方案。另外,还针对不同旋转备用配置对系统暂态频率偏移的影响进行了分析。最后对某实际电力系统进行了仿真,仿真结果证明了所提算法的有效性。
