Abstract:The rapid development of new business of smart electricity consumption such as photovoltaic cloud network, internet of vehicles, and comprehensive energy services will have new impacts on the operation of the power grid. The fishbone diagram is used to establish a multi-dimensional evaluation index system for the impact of new business of smart electricity consumption on power grid operation based on energy, information,power quality, orderly charging and demand response, etc. The impact of new business of smart electricity consumption on the power grid is evaluated from the perspectives of safety and reliability of the power grid,coordination and balance, operation economy, energy conservation and environmental protection. At the same time, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on comprehensive screening of indicators is proposed.Firstly, the indicators are comprehensively screened based on sensitivity, contribution, and independence, and then combined with the indicator system for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the practicability and effectiveness of the indicator system and evaluation method are verified.
