泡沫铝吹气发泡连续制备研究进展

摘    要:简述了泡沫铝吹气发泡连续制备工艺原理及其研究现状,指出了其中存在孔结构均匀性和脆性两个主要问题.添加大量SiCp增黏以保证熔体泡沫稳定性,但同时SiCp却严重影响泡沫铝的力学性能.本文在与其他发泡工艺对比研究的基础上,寻找可能的解决方案,并对与孔结构均匀性控制相关的气体剪切分散技术进行了分析.

Abstract:Based on the technology principle and research status of Gas Injection Foaming,two main problems that pore structure uniformity and brittleness of aluminium foams are pointed out.Adding a great quantity of SiCp to the aluminium melt is needed to improve the melt viscosity so as to ensure the stability of melt-foams.However,SiCp in the aluminium melt causes a bad mechanical property as well.By comparing melt-foams stability of Gas Injection Foaming with that of other foaming processes,some possible solutions...
