摘    要:中国科学技术大学一直注重网络思想教育,并取得了一系列经验。近年来针对大学中的“特殊群体”,不断建立完善四个“预警与援助体系”。该体系贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近学生,体现了关心人理解人尊重人的教育本义,尤其是“生活预警与援助体系”,首创“隐形补助”新形式,并引发“资助伦理”的广泛讨论。

Abstract:USTC has attached importance to and made remarkable achievements in using a network for ideological education.Four warning and assistance systems have been in successful operation in recent years to provide education and aid to particular groups of students.The systems are characterized by their closeness to reality,life and students and embody the true spirit of education.The livelihood warning and assistance system,in particular,has introduced a new form of "invisible aid" and given rise to a popular discussion of "the ethics of financial aid".
