摘    要:采用浸渍合成法,将磷钨酸负载到微孔-介孔复合分子筛上制备HPWA/HY-SBA-15催化剂。以四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,二甲基亚砜为萃取剂,H2O2为氧化剂,考察HPWA/HY-SBA-15催化氧化脱除FCC汽油含硫化合物的工艺条件。结果表明,反应温度40℃,反应时间90min,HY分子筛占复合分子筛的质量分数为40%,脱硫率可达86.3%。在相同条件下,对比考察了HY、HPWA/HY、HPWA/HY-SBA-15和HPWA/SBA-15催化氧化脱硫的效果,实验证明HPWA/HY-SBA-15催化氧化脱硫的效果最好。

Abstract:HPWA/HY-SBA-15 was prepared by loading phosphotungstic acid on the mico-mesoporous composite molecular sieves using impregnation method.The oxidative desulfurization of FCC gasoline was investigated by using tetrabutyl ammonium bromide as phase transfer catalyst,dimethyl sulfoxide as extractant,hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant,and HPWA/HY-SBA-15 as catalyst.The results showed that micro-mesopore structured HPWA/HY-SBA-15 with 20% of phosphotungstic acid exhibited the optimal catalytical performance and the desulfuration rate of FCC gasoline reached 86.3% under optimal conditions:HY content of 40% in composite zeolite and reaction temperature of 40℃for 90min.Under the same conditions,the effects of HY、HPWA/HY、HPWA/SBA-15 and HPWA/HYSBA-15 on the desulfuration rate were investigated comparably.Results showed HPWA/HY-SBA-15 exhibited the best desulfuration rate.
