摘    要:目的]为秦艽大田规范化种植提供科学依据。方法]以2年生无病虫感染的种苗为试材,设置行距(101、52、02、5 cm)、株距(15、20、253、0 cm)各4个水平,共16个密度组合。移栽2~3年后的秋季9~10月采挖,称其干重,进行统计分析。结果]株行距为10 cm×15cm和25 cm×30 cm的组合产量均较低,不利于秦艽生长发育和产量提高。株行距为15 cm×20 cm2、0 cm×15 cm1、0 cm×30 cm和10 cm×25 cm的4个组合的经济效益最好,产量分别为3 295.203、280.203、270.153、336.45 kg/hm2,净产值分别为49 886.74、9 511.704、9 260.45和46 171.20元/hm2。结论]移栽秦艽种苗时,株距保持在10~20 cm,行距保持15~30 cm时,经济效益显著。

Abstract:Objective] The study was to provide scientific basis for the standardized planting of the Gentiana macrophylla in the field.Method] With the 2 yearold seedlings without infection of disease and pest as tested material,16 combinations of different densities with 4 levels of row spacing(10,15,20 and 25 cm) and plant spacing(15,20,25 and 30 cm)were set up.The G.macrophylla was dig in the fall of Sep.to Oct.after being transplantted 2-3 years,and its dry weight was measured and made for statistical analysis.Result] The yields of the combinations with the planting spacing of 10 cm×15 cm and 25 cm×30 cm were lower,which was not favorable to the growth and yield elevation of G.macrophylla. The economic benefits of the 4 combinations with planting spacing of 15 cm×20 cm,20 cm×15 cm,10 cm×30 cm and 10 cm×25 cm were the best,and the yield was 3 295.20,3 280.20,3 270.15,and 3 336.45 kg/hm2 resp.The net production value was 49 886.7,49 511.70,49 260.45 and 46 171.20 yuan/hm2 resp.Conclusion] The economic benefit of the G.macrophylla was obvious with the row spacing maintained at 10-20 cm and plant spacing at 15-30 cm when it was transplanted.
