| 摘 要： | 工程保险制度对规范建设市场行为、加强工程风险防范、强化守信遵约具有积极意义。本文在借鉴国外工程保险制度和分析国内建设市场基本状况基础上 ,认为建立我国工程保险制度 ,应重点规范、调整建筑工程一切险 (工程安装一切险 )、雇主责任险、人身意外伤害险以及职业责任险。同时 ,应对现行的工程建设投资体系进行改革。
