| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨注射用盐酸甲氯芬酯热原检查方法。方法：采用细菌内毒素检查法。结果：细菌内毒素检查法结果与家兔法结果一致。结论：本方法操作简单，准确，可用于测定注射用盐酸甲氯芬酯的热原。

| Abstract: | Objective:To approach a procedure for determination of bacterial endotoxin in meciofenoxate hydrochloride injection. Methods:Refer to the demands of testing method for bacterial endotoxin.Results:it was identical with the Rabbit Method.Conclu- sion:It was available for the bacterial endotoxin test in meclofenoxate hydrochloride injection and it can substitute for the Rabbit Meth- od in quality control. |
