结核病实验室诊断技术的比较研究

目的]探讨结核病的简便、快速、特异性高的诊断技术方法，加强口岸出入境人员结核病检测。方法]分析目前国内外结核病流行现状，并对出入境检验检疫系统正在研究与应用的结核杆菌实验室诊断技术进行比较研究。结果]结核杆菌细菌学检查方法存在技术缺陷；免疫学诊断技术和分子生物学诊断技术具有快速，特异性、灵敏度高的优点。结论]在出入境人员结核病监测工作中，将结核杆菌的细菌学检查方法与免疫学、分子生物学快速诊断方法有机结合，可以提高结核病的诊断率，为国境口岸结核病的监测提供科学的依据。
