| 摘 要： | 探讨了LTE智能车载终端通信业务的实现，对智能车载终端通信业务实现的网络架构、业务流程、网络切换及QoS保证等关键问题进行了分析，并提出了具体的技术实现方案。该方案为运营商和车载终端厂商提供了建设性的技术建议，具有很强的现实意义和驱动力。
