| Abstract: | Synthesis of 3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinone was introduced. The merits and demerits of all the methods has been analyzed. The way of trichloroacetyl chloride is believed to be the best way for producing 3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinone and considering the condition of our country at present. |
