| 摘 要： | 美国豆芋是一种无性繁殖的多年生豆科土圞(luán)儿属植物,是一种天然的高蛋白、高钙食品,营养成分丰富。本文阐述了目前国内外关于美国豆芋的营养成分和生理功能的研究。美国豆芋的营养成分主要有蛋白质、皂苷、多糖、黄酮、钙、铁、维生素C、亚油酸、氨基酸等;生理功能主要有降血压、抗癌、降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化等。美国豆芋是一种具有潜在应用前景的新型豆科作物。

The nutrition contents and biochemical effects studies of Apios Americana Medikus |

| Abstract: | Apios Americana Medikus is an asexual reproduction, perennial, Leguminosae crop plant with a high nutrition contents of protein and calcium. This study explained the nutrition composition and physiological function of AAM systematically. The AAM have an abundant nutrition including protein, saponins, polysaccharose, flavones, calcium, iron, Vitamin C, linoleic acid, amino acids, et al; the main physiological function of AAM including anti-hypertensive, anti-hyperlipidemic, anti-hyperglycaemic, anti-oxidant and anti-carcinogenic effects. Therefore, AAM may be a potential novel leguminous crop with a huge foreground. |
