管道漏磁检测数据图形化显示的研究

摘    要:本文主要介绍了管道漏磁检测数据的软件分析处理系统中的图形化显示部分.曲线图形直接采用将数据转化为屏幕上一点的方法进行显示;灰度图形先将数据转化为相应的灰度值,再根据灰度值画出初步的灰度图,然后利用插值和图像滤波(平滑)、锐化等图像增强手段进行处理.经过编程测试,曲线图形较好地表现了数据变化的真实性,灰度图的效果也较为理想,管道的特征信息显示更为形象、直观,提高了数据分析的质量.

Abstract:Image display processing for the analysis software system of pipeline inspected MFL dada is described primarily in this paper.Curve image display is directly generated by converting MFL data to a certain point of the screen.Gray image display is drawn by the gray scale of MFL data.After gray image is generated,the gray image is processed by some methods of image enhancement such as interpolation,sharp and smooth etc.The result of programming and testing is proved that the curve display can describe the real change of the MFL data,and the processed gray image is rather ideal.The information of pipeline characters is shown more vividly and clearly.The quality of data analysis is improved.
