摘    要:为了提高周向多线性爆炸成型弹丸(MLEFP)战斗部的毁伤效能,基于瞬时爆轰假设,通过ANSYS/LSDYNA软件对周向MLEFP成型过程进行数值模拟计算,得到线性爆炸成型弹丸(LEFP)的成型效果、飞行速度与药型罩壁厚梯度、最大壁厚及曲率半径之间的关系,并对药型罩的结构参数进行了正交优化,获得了一组使LEFP成型效果最佳的参数组合,对优化后的LEFP飞行速度进行了理论计算,并对其进行了侵彻靶板模拟,验证正交优化结果的准确性。结果表明,当药型罩长度为74mm、壁厚梯度为1.2mm、最大壁厚为2.95mm、曲率半径为131.5mm时,侵彻体成型效果最好。

Influence of Liner Structural Parameters on Formation and Penetration of the Circumferential Multiple Linear Explosive Formation Penetration
Abstract:To enhance the damage effectiveness of the circumferential multiple linear explosive formation penetration (MLEFP)warhead,based on the assumption of the instantaneous detonation,the forming process of MLEFP was numerically simulated and calculated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to obtain correlations among the forming effect and flying speed of linear explosive formation penetration (LEFP),and the thickness gradient,the largest thickness and the curvature radius of the liner.The orthogonal optimization of liner structural parameters was performed.A set of parameter combinations which can make the LEFP forming effect best were gained.The theoretical calculation of the flying speed of LEFP after optimization and the simulation of the penetration target were carried out to check the accuracy of the orthogonal optimization results.The results show that while the liner length is 74 mm,the thickness gradient is 1.2 mm,the largest thickness is 2.95 mm,and the curvature radius is 131.5 mm,the forming effect of penetrator is best.
