| 摘 要： | 我国多年以来,经过学术界不懈的探讨以及司法实践,虽然在精神损害赔偿理论研究方面有所进展,审判实践中也积累了一定的经验,但是,我国目前的精神损害赔偿制度还不够成熟完备,尚有很多工作需要去做。本文尝试从精神损害赔偿制度的确立和现状出发,对我国的精神损害赔偿制度的完善做一些探讨。

On the spiritual damages compensation system in our country |

| Abstract: | Our country has practiced the untiring discussion and administration of justice of academia for many years. Though it has been developed to some degree in theoretical research and accumulated certain experience in practice, the present spiritual damages compensation system is still not perfect. There is a lot work to do. This paper manages to explore how to perfect the system from the determination and China's current situation. |
