摘    要:随着液压系统的应用逐渐普及,对液压系统的测试要求也越来越灵活.为了解决这个问题,采用在传统数据采集系统的基础上集成了USB 接口和LabVIEW图形化编程语言的方法,不仅提高了性价比和通用性,而且使得系统更易于开发,数据处理简单,大大缩短了开发周期,降低系统安装和开发成本.而在这基础上结合智能TDES传感器则可以大大缩短数据采集系统的配置过程,从而实现基于LabVIEW的实时和即插即用的液压测试系统.

Abstract:Along with popularization of the hydraulic test system, the demand of it is becoming more and more flexible. The data acquisition system integrated USB interface and LabVIEW graphics program language was adopted, which improves cost performance and commonality, makes system develop and deal with data easily, and cuts down development period greatly and bring down system installation and development cost. To integrate TDES sensor with the designed data acquisition system will curtail the layout procedure of the system, which realizes real time and plug and play hydraulic test system based on LabVIEW.
