区域型智能快递“车”设计

摘    要:本文结合当今物流行业迅速发展的需求,提出一种可自主乘坐电梯的区域型智能快递“车”的设计方案。不同于传统运输车的车型设计,本文创新提出直接使用机械臂固定,可调节托盘稳持物件的结构设计,提高运输灵活性和精准度。本文介绍了快递“车”自主乘坐电梯的功能实现流程和技术支撑,并提出针对学校、小区等小范围区域实行区域化投放及管理方式。针对各种难以预测的情况,给出防盗方案并进行可行性分析。

Abstract:Based on the rapid development of the logistics industry,this paper proposes a regional intelligent express“car”which can take the elevator independently.Different from the model design of traditional transport vehicle,this paper innovatively proposes the structural design of directly using the mechanical arm to fix and adjusting the pallet to stabilize the object,so as to improve the transport flexibility and accuracy.This paper introduces the functional realization process and technical support of express“car”independent elevator ride,and puts forward regional delivery and management mode for small areas such as schools and communities.In view of various unpredictable situations,the anti-theft scheme is given and the feasibility analysis is carried out.
