中西医结合治疗急性湿疹疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性湿疹的疗效。方法:将144例急性湿疹患者随机分成治疗组(48例),对照1组(48例),对照2组(48例)。治疗组(中西医结合治疗组)给予皮炎汤及咪唑斯汀口服,对照1组(西药组)给予咪唑斯汀口服。对照2组(中药组)给予皮炎汤口服。3组患者同时配合3%硼酸液(院内制剂),氢化可的松软膏(院内制剂)外用。氢化可的松软膏使用不超过1周。以上患者连续治疗2周,治疗后观察行疗效评定。结果:治疗组有效率95.58%,对照1组89.58%,对照2组83.33%。治疗组与对照1组有效率比较有统计学意义(χ2=4.90,P<0.01),治疗组与对照2组有效率比较有统计学意义(χ2=9.53,P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性湿疹疗效显著。

Integrative Medicine Efficacy of Treating Acute Eczema

Objective:To observe the combination therapy of acute eczema treatment.Methods:144 cases of acute eczema patients were randomly divided into treatment group(48 cases),the control group(48 cases),control group 2(48 cases).Treatment group(in the combination therapy group)were given dermatitis decoction and the control group(western group)were given oral mizolastine.Control 2(CMB)were given oral decoction.Three groups were in conjunction with 3% boric acid solution(hospital preparation),hydrocortisone ointment(compoundpreparations) for external use.Hydrocortisone ointment use was no more than a week.Consecutive treated for two weeks,after treatment line efficacy evaluation of patients were made.Results:The treatment group was 95.58%,89.58% in control group 1,control group 2 was 83.33%.Treatment group and control group 1 wasstatistically different(χ2=4.90,P<0.01),treatment group and control group 2 was statistically significant(χ2=9.53,P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination therapy of acute eczema significantly effective.
