摘    要:为了制备结构规整的Fe纳米线阵列,以多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)为模板,采用直流电沉积法制备了Fe纳米线阵列,并利用SEM、TEM、XRD等测试手段对其微观形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明:所得的Fe纳米线阵列结构规整、直径与模板孔径基本一致,约为250nm,是结构紧密的多晶体。

Abstract:In order to obtain Fe nanowire arrays with a regular stucture,the DC electrodeposition method based on anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) template was used to fabricate the Fe nanowire arrays.Their morphology and structure were characterized by means of SEM,TEM and XRD techniques.The results indicate that the well-ordered Fe nanowire arrays are obtained and their diameter is about 250 nm,which is consistent with the diameter of AAO template pore.XRD result shows the obtained Fe nanowires arrays are dense ploycrystal structure.
