摘    要:对一台SZL10-1.25-MJ造纸垃圾焚烧锅炉的炉内过程进行数值模拟,采用Species Transport模型,用标准k-ε湍流模型模拟气相湍流运输,用P-1辐射模型计算辐射传热.分析了炉膛内温度场、速度场和气相各组分浓度场的分布规律,并对模拟结果进行分析与对比,模拟计算结果呈现出与实际炉内过程较好的一致性.

Abstract:The numerical simulation in process of flow and combustion of a 10t/h incineration boiler was carried out. The Species Transport model was adopted. During computation, the gas phase transportation is simulated by k - turbulence model, and heat radiation transfer is calculated by P - 1 radiation model. The law of the distributions of temperature, velocity and concentration of gas compositions was analysed. The analysis and the comparison were made, the calculation resuhs show agreement with the measured figures.
